The workshop site itself will be a historic building of Collegium Novum at the Jagiellonian University. The University, which was founded in 1364 by Kazimierz III the Great as "Akademia Krakowska", is among the oldest universities in Europe and in the world, the second oldest in Central Europe (after the University of Prague).

Collegium Novum (ul. Gołębia 24) is located very close to the Center of Kraków. It is also in a short distance to the building of Collegium Maius, where participants of CCE`07 will meet.
